Full Wedding Planning
Partial Event Planning
This is an all inclusive wedding planning package; we will work with you for every step, every milestone throughout your planning process and every minute of your wedding day. From flowers to escort cards, music and ambiance we will work with you to develop and execute your vision for the wedding that is a perfect reflection of you.
The theme is set and a handful of vendors are hired. Now what? A partial planning package is the guidance you need to achieve the professional look and execution of your event. We will work together to maximize your vision, hire the perfect remaining vendors and work out the logistics for the day to ensure a fun & flawless event for you (and your family) to enjoy!
Month of & Day Coordination
Month of & day coordination is perfect for the bride who planned the majority of the wedding but would like to hand over the reins and enjoy the final six weeks before the big event! With the month of coordination we will be in touch every few weeks to check in on your planning progress via email. At approximately 6 weeks before the wedding our meetings begin and the wedding details and coordination are finalized, organized and most importantly executed to your exceeded satisfaction.
Regardless of the package you choose, all phone calls & emails are included. Your contract will always include use of the "Decorum L’affair" at no cost, and of course customized vendor referrals to make sure that you have the best team working together for your perfect day!
Customized Venue Search
Decorum L’affair will provide you a report of 3 to 5 venues that meet your criteria. Reports include all the information you need, pricing, photos and availability etc. Perfect for clients who are looking for a unique place for their event but are unsure of where to start. Lead time is generally around 2 weeks.
Rehearsal Dinner Design & Coordination
The night before the best day ever is an opportunity to do something different than the wedding, but still have a amazing event with the closest family and friends. Kick off the weekend.
Welcome Bags
Super unique and creative guest welcome gifts are a rising trend. You will wow your guests from the moment they check in. Decorum L’affair will meet with you to design and procure the perfect guest bags to compliment your wedding. Hotel delivery included!
Photoshoot Styling
Take your engagement photos. We will work to create unique and different style. Whatever you are looking for we could find and provide for that interesting spin for your photos!
